¿What is ISO 9001?

ISO 9001 is an international standard that is based on all the elements on quality. This is follow a few guidelines on the management and administration of the quality of a product or service. If all the measures set out in ISO 9001 are met will be very easy to improve the quality of products or services. Recently we have obtained this certificate, mostly because we were met by the way we work and responsibility in laser cutting service and quality.

What we offer to our customers?

In our case, our company laser cutting in Barcelona wanted to have the ISO 9001 certification in order to better serve all our customers. Some of the points we have strengthened by the ISO 9001 were as follows:

  • we continue to make deliveries on time.
  • We listen and analyze the needs and expectations of each client.
  • We have greater responsibility for our customers, making us more efficient.

Apart from all these improvements, we had been already implemented, we have managed to optimize many processes. Including computer. The sum of all this makes us more efficient, have greater business insight with our customers and know that we are on track. During all these years we have worked in the laser cutting and have evolved to obtain ISO 9001 with great ease. And we say with great ease by the fact that our own way of working and was automatically serving most “demands” that requires the ISO 9001. We can say that our work processes on the laser cutting perfect quality guarantee for all our customers.
